how should i write my cover letter?

im looking for a part time job and i've been filling out tons of applications, i have a resume but now i need a cover letter. i looked up some cover letter templates but they don't really apply to people who don't have work experience. so can anyone help me out? what should i write? how should i format it? Thanks for your suggestions but im still in high school so i cant really work at google, im looking for a part time job and i just need to know how i should write one without talking about past jobs because i havent had any

1. It's crucial to have a good resume, it is worth taking the time to create something that looks fantastic and does the job well. Alternatively you could try making a living from Google just like me!! Check out the website below.
2. These are examples of cover letters--try this. Why not take one of them and use one to get some ideas for your own? As for formatting, the formatting of one of these can be closely followed to create yours.
