How do you find the time to write a business plan, and is there any good templates I can use for Windows XP?

I am currently juggling work, working out, college, and have very little extra time, however, have a very good idea that would be a niche in the market of fast food restaurants, must I sacrifice? And what? Everything seems so important. Looking for TIME!
