Website publishing issue?

My website is created using dreamweaver and a free css template. The site works great in the 'preview' and when I 'put' the file on the net it works great there too....HOWEVER...when i checked the website from another computer I discovered that it was just a mess and had no formatting, colour, links etc... Checked the website from my own PC again and it works brilliantly... What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the answer, everything seems to be uploaded. I checked the remote site which seemed to have everything there, including the css - the local site just had one folder and the index.html file....any more ideas?

1. You may have forgot to upload the .css files along with your page. look at the files on the remote side I am sure you are missing something.
