I need a free website that accepts custom CSS code?

I need a free site that accepts custom CSS code - I'm trying to make a site for my art projects but all of the templates I have are in custom CSS coding. The only website free sites I can find only accept custom HTML. Does anyone know of a free website maker where I can use custom CSS code instead of HTML? Thanks! on the multiply site - Im a bit confused it looks like just a myspace/facebook type of site where you can have a profile? Am I wrong And Ive got a freewebs but it won't accept any type of CSS code I'm putting in it, can someone tell me how to do it? Maybe I'm putting it in, in the wrong place I dont want to make a website without html/css...most sites don't have very nice premades. Also - Windows live says its only free for a year...or at least it did when I clicked the link you gave me scratch the free question - I'll try that out
