Selling documents made with MS Publisher?

Some friends and I plan on making certificates and forms for sale through a website. I like publisher's certificate templates and want to use those. Does anyone know if I can create a certificate using Publisher's templates and then sell them without permission from Microsoft? Thanks! Sorry, my fault for not explaining. The plan is to use MS templates, publish online as a PDF, and charge to download/print. Would that be legal or will MS have a fit?

1. I would really doubt that you can sell them. If you were giving them away that might be OK, not even sure about that. Unless you're planning on making PDFs that people can print out, Publisher probably isn't the best way anyhow as a lot of people don't have it or use it.
