Are there any website builders online that you do not have to download and can use your own host & domain?

I have a domain name registered and paid for plus I have paid for hosting through Microsoft. Unfortunately, I do not have a decent web design program (I have NVU 1.0 - a WYSIWYG editor). I know some HTML but not a great deal. I'm no expert, that's for sure. Anyway, my question is are there any online website builders that provide free templates and allow you to use your own host and domain? If so, could you explain to me how they work and provide a link to the site, please? Serious answers only. I cannot pay for a program as I am short on money for the holidays and I do NOT want something I must download. Thanks in advance! Thanks, Sergio. I've tried Kompozer and not only is it exactly like NVU but it has a ton of bugs so that's a negative. Not to mention you have to download it and I believe I asked for programs that do not require downloads.

2. Edit: Sorry - Kompozer is ok - but it's the best free program. I use Dreamweaver but I know you need a free online HTML editor. One web based WYSIWYG editor that is free is Online HTML Editor. Online HTML Editor was developed in Germany but offers an English version. The menu bears a strong resemblance to classic word processors and is simple for anyone to use who is familiar with office or HTML software. When you are finished with a file your simply click "Save file now" and download your finished file from the Online HTML Editor server.
