Concerning "MySpace", can XML, and or SWF flash files be used on "MySpace" when designing one's own web page?

I read somewhere (on MySpace) that of course html was acceptable, but I wanted to know if XML and SWF flash were acceptable as well. There's a site called ( OhMyFlash.com ) that has some really nice flash templates I wouldn't mind using. Html is okay, but it's very limited ( I would like to add a little flash to my MySpace page).
