Are there any websites that have free forms or templates for getting a patent pending?

I have an invention and plan on getting a patent pending on it. I was wondering if there's any websites that have free forms or templates for applying for a patent both to apply for it and also to help me design and plan my inevention as it's still in the process of being designed.
