DH Templates

Are there any free programs that you can use to create website templates? If not, how do you make them?

I would really appreciate it. I'm familiar with web design, but I'm wanting to get into creating my own templates. Thanks. »Sorry, I guess I should clarify. Are there any that just let you just create navigation bars, tables and all that stuff live? I'm not that good with code, and I'm wondering if there is anything out there that does live preview work?

1. Notepad works for almost any computer language including HTML, Java, PHP... virtually any language that you would want to build a web page in. all you would have to do is save the text file as a .html or what ever you are scripting in.

3. This site has a huge number of templates you could take a look at and go from there: http://www.oswd.org/ As far as a program for making templates, you'd just need a good text editor and graphics program like Photoshop or the Gimp.
4. Try Blinkweb. It has a number customizable templates that can lead toward building your own website. It's free.
