What is a good free Adobe Dreamweaver alternative?

I would like an HTML, PHP, and JavaScript editing program, that is free. I've designed a template for my website, i just need an editor to tweak it how i want.

2. Microsoft Expression Web, or Bluefish an open source program.

There was a reasonable one called FIRST PAGE 2000 that you get from www.evrsoft.com/download.shtml Be aware that some versions of it have a relitively harmless javascript "virus" (for want of a better description) that only seems to live in memory and therefore is gone when the computer is switched off. It is in one of the included javascript wigets that come with the program and is easily removed ( google for instructions )
