I'm going to buy one of the website template online. Are these online templates search engine friendly?

I'm interested in one of the templates that contains some flash banners and animation from flashtemplatestore.com. But I need to know if these kind of template are search engine friendly. Will they be able to be indexed or optimized for search engine ranking?
