I am writing my CV, how can I phrase 'communication face to face' ?

I want to say that I have experience in dealing with customers 'face to face' - but it doesn't sound or look very good. How else could I put it? ThankQ

4. When I was debating what to put on my CV to cover this, I phrased it - communication - telephone and verbal, experience of dealing with customers as first point of contact, etc etc I think that covers the face-to-face thing. :)
