Website design question. First timer.

Have a question about webpage design.. I recently made a template and sliced it. I have over 18 different slices and now I am wondering how I align the website. May I should had said, do you even have to align them? Or can you just code your styles in CSS and have everything appear in place. Thanks.

1. You can do both. Align them in a table or more. and, for simple reason, you can design your CSS with layer styles to arrange those slices. It's a matter how's your preference...
