DH Templates

What is the best place to get a good website template if I have design and can code?

I have some good experience with HTML, CSS, etc. I was just curious to know what you believe are the best sites for Templates.

  1. Stay away from the 'free' sites, you will waste hours and hours and hours, I know I have. ;-P Here are two good ones.
  2. I think you can take a look into Open Source Web Design - http://www.oswd.org/
  3. It's sometimes easier to use a content management system. They offer a lot of features, like integrated forum, news page, chatbox, a ton of all kind of widgets. And they support templates. So if you really want to use something unique, you can take a template and modify the css as you wish. Take a look here for a list of options: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_content_management_systems I would go with Joomla, Drupal or e107.
  4. HTML, CSS are no longer popular. They are easy and most of the designers are capable of designing websites using HTML. You should try flash website. If you do not know how try an easy to use website builder like http://trendyflash.com
  5. I agree dont waste time with free ones.... If you want templates that make money visit http://www.55design.com
