What free blog websites are the best to post on?

Would like one that is user friendly and has cute templates and stuff

6. blogger.com is pretty popular. Owned by google. You jus need any google acct. There are lots more if you look up free blogs in a search engine.
7. Wordpress is my favorite blogging platform. You can find many templates online, and they are easy to customize. Message me if you need help.
8. I've always used blogger.com. It's easy. It gives you a blog (or as many blogs as you want). It has some templates that you can customize, but you can enter your own code to do whatever template you want. And blogskins.com has some great templates for free.
9. eBlogger, Blogs.com, and Blogspot.
