DH Templates

I am using Publisher and I am trying to make labels and I just can't figure it out?

I am using Publisher 2007 (I think) and I found the template I need to use (Avery 8160) and then I open it up but it's just one label. And when I type something in the box it's the same on all the labels when I look at print preview. I need to be able to edit each box separately so I can put people's names in them. What do I need to do?
