Where can I find free Microsoft word, and excel worksheets..?

Hey, I'm good at excel and word but i need to help my sister, she doesn't know it a lot and i want to teach her business templates for word and excel for example, (cover letter, resume, .... i studied all that in a business course i took in highschool) but i don't have the worksheets do u know where i can get stuff like this>?

1. OpenOffice is the FREE app you are looking for. From here http://www.openoffice.org/ It works with MS Office.
2. Microsoft has a bunch of templates for free download. Go to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx and type in the search what you are looking for. Good hunting!
