Wed Design CSS & HTML website template?

i am looking for a simple music template that i can edit, it has to use css to control layout, have a css menu. is there any websites that offer these templates free or to buy, i dont mind paying up to $50.00. thanks.

1. Your best bet would be to buy one from http://www.template-monster.co.uk The templates come in a variety of categories, inculding full CSS, are fully editable - you get the full sources, and range from $5 upwards. Excellent support too.
