Wed Design CSS & HTML website template? web designers only please?

i am looking for a simple music template that i can edit, it has to use css to control layout, have a css menu. is there any websites that offer these templates free or to buy, i dont mind paying up to $50.00. i want to be able to edit it, i dont want to use flash. thanks.

2. If you want to use templates you could do something along the lines of joining www.55design.com. Its $55 for the year and there are a ton of websites that are already set up you could easily change. I know they have a blog that has some good tips there too. There is also a library there that you could look through to preview the sites available. The best thing about joining a site like this is you have access to MULTIPLE templates if you decide you would like to go with another template. I believe there is a whole pack of LOGO templates you get along with that membership too. I know they have tons of html and php templates there.
3. Your best bet would be to buy one from http://www.template-monster.co.uk The templates come in a variety of categories, inculding full CSS, are fully editable - you get the full sources, and range from $5 upwards. Excellent support too.
