2. You can get some free templates from http://www.mytemplateportal.com/free_samples/ which you can edit in notepad, or whatever you choose. If you are after a little more variety, you can get css templates from http://www.template-monster.co.uk - they are not free but you can get them from only $5 upwards. (I think the site above has them and a 10% sale on at the moment, so you might want to check there first).
