Saved over Excel Document.?

Soooo, I made a mistake, a big mistake! I used a document that was VERY important to my company as a template for the same version of a 2009 document. Instead of choosing "save as", I accidentally hit the save button. It completely saved over the document which listed all 150 Invoices and pay dates from my companies 2008 files. Is there any way to recover this document? I've tried researching it, but have found nothing, so I am hoping someone has an answer for me on here. I appreciate it! If you don't "no" then why even post? Thanks to those who actually tried to help. I have tried finding the previous saved version of it, but the steps I have taken have led me to a dead end. Do you know exactly how to retreive the previous saved version?

2. There is a way, try looking on MrExcel.com search the message boards. Excel dose save the previous version,
3. you can probably recover the whole disk at a previous stage. Search from the control panel for previous dates that can be recovered i think. But all data will also be recovered and the data after that date will be deleted. Your company should keep back up (probably it does, ask them). EDIT if in Vista Control Panel/System and Maintenance/Recovery Center/Recovery of data. Sorry for not providing certain solutions, I have never actually tried it.
