What company has the best photo books with templates and good price?

I am wanting to make a photo book but I find it very time consuming and a little pricey (with some companies). I would like to find a site that has great templates and which isn't too pricey. Someone suggested www.scrapbooksetc.com, are there any other good suggestions?
