Is there free templates for websites that dont require dreamweaver to be edited?

I am trying to build a website with hosting in godaddy.com and they provide templates but they are not very profesional looking. I fould some great free ones online but they required dreamweaver wich I dont have. Does anyone know of any templates that I can use that dont require it? I own Photoshop and Illustrator but not dreamweaver or flash. Thank you

1. I don't believe that there is any website template that absolutely requires you to have Dreamweaver because if you knew what you were doing, you can easily open the HTML file or template file that you recieve in Notepad to edit them there. There is an Open Source (free) software called Nvu that is an almost perfect Dreamweaver clone. Everything I can do in Dreamweaver I have been able to do in Nvu so far, it is a very friendly and easy to use software. Good luck!
