Flash templates? Flash software? Flash ANYTHING!!!?

Ok, so, I'm trying to look for FREE DYNAMIC FLASH TEMPLATES or FREE FLASH SOFTWARE. I need either a website with all free DYNAMIC flash templates for websites or a FREE flash software that allows me to make my own template. Not a shareware, a FREEware file. Thanks. Please help. I'm trying to convert my site nickersonmusic.webs.com to flash.
