How to make my site look like the rest of my CSS template?

I'm trying to upload my site to my host, and I'm using a CSS template. The thing is my pages don't look like my template. It only shows the writing that I coded. What do I do? I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks! I figured out how to do it. Thanks though.
