What do you think of these web site ideas?

I'm studying web design and I'm trying to publish my first site. I was thinking putting up an html template site to share my ideas and all I've learned so far. Either that, or I'll go for an html/css tutorial site. What do you all think?

1. I think it depends on your expertise. If you are more of a designer than you should put up the template page, if you are more of a programmer or code oriented then you should put up the css/html tutorial web site. Both of which are fine ideas. It just depends on what you can deliver.
