Webs (freewebs) CSS template help!!?!?!?!?

Okay i think all webs users have this question HOW DO YOU PUT IN A CUSTOM CSS TEMPLATE? it has a space for it but when you put css code in there it doesn't work!?!? hope you understand if you know about this! CSS not html

2. I think you best learn CSS first.
