How do I upload a website template on to my website?

I downloaded the template I wanted. It has a folder named images, a HTML document, and a css style sheet. After I edit the HTML document, what do I do? I go to free webs.come and upload just the HTML document. How do I upload everything that was in the main zipped folder?

1. On Freewebs there should be way to manage your files. You have to upload each file.
