DH Templates

What is a good website that all ows you to create a free website and use a CSS template?

i have many CSS templates but no website creator has CSS editor enabled that i know of. Freewebs won't allow me to use mine because Freewebs sucks.. But anyways please tell me :)

2. actually freewebs does allow you to use it. i have a freewebs site, and i use a css template. there is 2 ways. you can switch site builders mode to html/css . or if you are on the basic user mode edit your site, then change your design, pick the template that says css ( blank ) then click on advance and you can insert the code. but i suggest to switch the mode to css. if you have any more questions email me njanime@hotmail.com
