website software....?

im looking for a website software that i can download online for free and it has in it like flash intro templates,can upload pics etc.

1. Find ones with free hosting like freewebs or something that everyone raves about. You are going to end up with one generic website....
2. Good Luck, I don't know any off hand. I know you can download free templates for websites. But you'll have to put those templates into software. Best bet is to just buy web design software and design your own site. I use Adobe Dreamweaver.

Theirs Adobe Air you can put web apps in it including web pages on your desktop no it's not a browser Adobe developed it so web developers could develope desktop apps with the languages they already know like javascript FLASH Flex and others also their's Google Gears a plugin for Firefox and comes with Google Chrome? If your wanting an website app you could try looking for a java applet. The easiest way though would be to use php or another server side language and up design it yourself
