  1. Just copy, paste the picture in and then do something over it. Don't try to apply a picture as the "Background"
  2. 1.) Right click 2.) Background 3.) Fill Effects 4.) Picture Tab 5.) Browse 6.) Choose your picture (It has to be a compatible format) 7.) OK 8.) Apply
  3. You will need to save the picture on Internet as local file first. Then your power point background can be loaded with that local file with the picture you like.
  4. right click on the picture and click save as.. save it to anywhere you like.. and open up powerpoint.. right click on the slide and press background.. and go to fill options.. and picture. and click browse and then find the picture which you saved from the internet.. and bam there you go.. hope this helped..
  5. It is actually very easy to do read the link present in source well it is simple open powerpoint and open slide master view how ? view >> master >> slide master ( in MS powerpoint 2003) and now edit it watever picture u wanna paste paste it and expand it now after editing the master slide now now close master view and save the powerpoint file with .pot extension anywhere but do remember where u have saved for example "one.pot" use inverted commas in file name while saving and now open a new file and now right click on it and now browse the templates using the browse button present in right bottom and now implement it enjoy
