DH Templates

In Microsoft Publisher 2003, how do you get the tool bar of the different templates to come up?

Like for example, how to save would be go to file and click save as. I need those kind of directions.

1. I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but if you click File, then New, the New Publication bar will open on the left side of the screen, with the options for "New from a design" and the categories for the templates.
