Help!!! What is the best website builder to use - and that can let you use your own templates for your website?

That is east to use + good prices + lets you use your own templates for your website or if they dont that they have nice templates to use. Comes with alot of good features. Mainly what i want is that - "whats the best website builder" THANKS!!!!

2. You can check out Serif WebPlus, it comes with a lot of features. If you want something that is very good, with a lot of features, you can use Adobe Dreamweaver. You can also check out Microsoft Frontpage or Microsoft Expressions Web. They are all good products, but if you want to make your own templates/site layout, you're gonna have to do a little bit of work, no matter what program you use.
