Blog templates anyone good at them?

does anyone know a website that will make a custom free blog Template i want it for my 2 month old daughter i haven't been able to find one?? Or is there someone on this site that knows how to make one that is bored and willing to do one for free? ( worth a try)

1. I would suggest wordpress.com. It's not the easiest platform out there, but you can learn how to use it in just a couple of hours. But it's extensible enough that you can continue to learn more and more if you choose. Additionally, if you really get into it, you can download the software, build and customize your own blog site.
