DH Templates

if i download css codes with flash templates do i have to learn all the css codes to edit it or can i use.....

or can i use dreamweaver or frontpage to edit the text and image of it througn designs

1. css is not too hard to learn...but dreamweaver will let you edit any language or script used on a template...that includes css...i am not sure about frontpage but a newer version of it should probably do that as well...would make sense anyway since css is becoming more and more important
