I need a template to show the financial performance of my company before and after I make a huge sale. Ideas?

I am trying to close a deal with another company. The company is asking that I show the financial impact on my company if we are able to close the "merger". I have no problem sharing my financial information, but would love a business plan type document to outline the effectiveness of the project. Any help is greatly appreciated!

3. you can use Microsoft power point and make a slide show with beautiful colors and diagrams - pie,bar chats showing the actual revenue ur company is getting and also show the expected estimates we are making for the coming years and with a roadmap for future. i think with this bundle of slideshows with good description and meangful diagrams would definitely benefit the merger. good luck reg roy
