What is the best way to learn adobe flash?

Does anyone know of any good tutorials for building flash websites, and using flash web templates? I am trying to figure out how to edit the background and menus in on one of them, but can't seem to get the hang of it.

1. it's hard reading tutorials on the internet, get a tutorial BOOK instead. it's much easier to follow a book than changing windows etc. on the computer

3. Buy a BOOK(tutorial), you can either buy at adobe.com or somewhere else. If you already have a .fla template, it is so effin easy to modify it. When exporting, it will give you an html and .swf files to upload to host/server.
