are there any websites that will let me build a free website without using any of their templates and designs and only my HTML.

2. yahoo geocities is nice. it has a tutorial guide. but more than websites, there is a program called dreamweaver that i love. its so easy to make websites!
3. freewebs.com is the best and for free. dreamweaver yes you can make web pages but the only way to host them for free is on you net line (not the internet) Inorder to host dreamweaver pages online, use host monster from hostmonster.com where the fee is around $6.00 a mounth.
