Where can I get original Microsoft Expression Web Designer css layouts?

I have Microsoft Expression Web Designer. The preinstalled css layouts seem to have gone corrupt as when I try to use them I get a blank html page without the usual section lines. I believe the problem is with the css text files and not Microsoft Expression web designer. Reinstalling the program has not helped. Where could I download these css layouts from? The files are stored in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Expression\Templates\1033\CSSLayouts12
