Letter of Intent... Where?

Where can I get a decent template of a "Business Letter of Intent?" I have recently come across a great business venture in which I would like to pursue and I need to have a letter of intent to start the ball rolling. I was hoping to have something as to where I can simply fill in the blanks. The business is a small retail shop. Can anyone help me out?

1. It doesn't have to be complicated. Just put it in straightforward language. Most such letters are along the lines of "This letter serves notice of my inent to..." There is no "right" way to compose such a letter, as long as it is clear and concise.
2. I do this on a plain piece of paper and i write exactly what i mean and nothing more. Write what you are offering and how you will pay and when you will close. Write that this is a letter of intent ; not a contract. Sign it and hand it to them. Do not email it. I do not know of any templates except the ones you could get by walking into a Colliers International office and asking for one..
