Freewebs Templates using css?

Ok my mom is a travel agent and im making her a website but i need a good travel template how can i download a css template to freewebs and where can i find a travel template also if there is a better like program or thing to use then freewebs please tell me i already have a domain and i need it to be free i can use it if its cheaper but free is best PLEASE HELPS ME thanks

3. As long as your mom is not going to need any interaction with viewers except for a simple PHP Contact Form, freewebs.com is fine. But if she is going to run a business, then you need paid hosting with a much better Control Panel and Support personnel. A Control Panel will also have templates you can select and use very easily. Also, it will help you install and set up a PayPal/Credit Card site to use with the business. DO NOT USE GEOCITIES!!!! Their server writes JavaScript to your pages when you Publish them. They are loaded with ads and really overall suck big time.
