DH Templates

website help please help!?

okay well i was wanting to know if theres like free hosting out there that uses php. cause i had a sub-domain. but i had to use ftp. and it was hard. because i had to apply the website template to every page. and its hard work and i was concentrating more on the template that i couldnt get content up. and if you cna help with that i need help using php. and dont say i need html and css knowledge i was 3 years knowledge. but please help me. and put it in understandable words please! thanks so much!
