I need a program to create Business Cards?

I am looking for a program to design business cards. I have seen answers on here before for free sites offering 250 free cards but I am looking to start a small business and was wondering if there is a program (either one I can download or buy) to do this. What I am ideally looking for is one where I am given a template which I can work with and then add my own pictures and writing and will then be able to print it out onto high quality paper. Can someone recommend anything Thanks

3. HP has a nice selection of templates to choose from.
