I just purchased a power point set of templates to use for school. How can I lock these?
I notice that everytime I post a cool power point for my classes, someone removes my info and adds their own in a later class. What bothers me is that I pay for my templates in hopes to stay unique. I know there is a way to lock them from the viewers making changes, can anyone please walk me through it? Thanks so much!

- changing things not licensed as such is illegal. I don't know if you want to take legal action, but that is certainly a possibility. How are the people you are buying them from have them licensed? Who are these people that are changing them? Is there some other action you could take other than legal action?
- Yes. Depending on your server and how you save your docs, there is always a way to have access only for yourself. For example, say you save your powerpoints onto your desktop. Right click the icon, go to "Properties" - you will see there is a tab for "Security" and you can restrict it's use depending on who you want to see it, print it, or use it. Hope this helps. i hate when people steal my stuff.
