1. You can find free templates at www.microsoft.com You should be able to do a search to find the templates. Just be certain to use templates from the office program you have or it won't work. Good luck!
2. Microsoft Word and Excel have many different templates for your use in business... Invoices, Receipts, Packing Slips, Business Cards, Letterhead, Expense Forms, Brochures, etc. If you use Excel they will have formulas already inputted in the template for easy automatic addition, sales tax and even shipping. You can customize any of these templates' look and colors, add your company logo or tag line All you have to do is open Word or Excel and enter the type of form you are looking for in the upper right hand box. Or you can search their website at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx?ofcresset=1 to view more options. If you're a novice, just follow their tutorials for easy use.
