promote my business letter template/sample?

I want to send a letter to an online company (local website for the towns night life) and ask if they can post my business flyer on their website... how do I write a professional email requesting this for my business? We sell Halloween costumes/lingerie. thanks! I don't need web addresses. I need a sample letter and verbiage. thanks

2. Commercial websites generally offer set advertising packages. Check the bottom of the homepage and see if they have a "contact us" or "advertise with us" link and inquire about rates/packages.
