Letter of Introduction and Resume help please? ?

I am 16 years old and looking for some office work, i have been connected with a few insurance agencies but they have asked for either a resume or letter of introduction....i dont really know how to do either. So if someone could reference me to a good website that has templates or something that would be great.

1. You are 16 and in high school which means you have an English class and a grammar book. The books are very helpful and have examples. Or, google the word resume and see what comes up -- lots.
2.
