How can I view my template css or html and download it?

I have created a customized theme. I really like it and want to save it on my hard drive as a template. I also want to see the coding. I need information on how to download it. Thanks! I'm learning Html and CSS and want to see it.

1. To see HTML code just right click and select "View Code" or go to View/Source Code To see CSS code do as follows: 1. Get firefox 2. Install the Web Developer extension 3. Restart firefox 4. A new task bar will appear, there you can choose: a) CSS/View CSS b) Select all and save it to your local machine
