Custody hearing -Reference letter..... Please HELP!!!?

I have been asked by a family member to write a support letter for her, in regards to her upcoming Custody hearing.. I honestly don't know were to start!!! any1 have any ideas or websites with a template I can personalise??? I would love any help you have!

2. Does she have an attorney? Can you Be there for the hearing? Include how long you have know this person, involvement with the child, school, ect. How old? The more positive facts, the better. Does this person go to church, would the pastor step up to the plate, ect. If we don't stand up for children Then we don't stand for much..........Marian Wright Edelman
