Adding a CSS template to a freewebs.com site?

i recently found out that it is possible to use CSS templates on freewebs. I just don't know how to do it. I downloaded a template recently and i have it all ready to go, i just don't know what to do. http://www.freewebtemplates.com/download.php?id=6169&t=t

1. When you upload the template make sure you upload the images folder and the style.css file too. Hope that helped some....
